Welcome on board, fellow changemaker!
I am thrilled to have you here! Let's e-meet, shall we?
Learn more about how I work, who I am, what drives me - and how we can shape a more inclusive future together.
So...
I address social justice issues in my work through trainings, sensitivity readings and qualitative process support for your DEIB management.
I combine heavy or scary topics with a playful interactive training style that provides connecting experiences for all.
I am interested in leaving people saying "Oh, now I get it!", and them feeling empowered to boldly take action.
...what exactly are you doing again?
I support you in establishing inclusive and equitable structures in both your professional and personal lives.
As a trainer
My approach
I bring a compelling blend of data-driven research insights, creative knowledge dissemination methods, unwavering enthusiasm, and a deep sense of compassion.
Trainings establish an appreciate and inclusive atmosphere in which attendees can openly share experiences, thoughts and insecurities, as they are seen as opportunities to growth.
As a first-generation student from a working-class background, I'm passionate about overcoming challenges in forwarding knowledge and fostering a culture of lifelong learning. Join me in the journey of making DEIB more accessible!
Experiences
I advised...
schools and (non-)profit organizations, and my experience spans NGOs, ERGs, and interorganizational DEIB initiatives.
I am also known for my leadership at an LGBTIQ+-led social enterprise, where I pioneered initiatives like #Gesichtzeigen, a queer-to-queer mentoring program for LGBTIQ+ lawyers, and developed the world's first audit regarding LGBTIQ+ friendliness in legal counselling.
My work has been recognized in media articles such as in Proudr and Anwaltsblatt, and nominated for the 'Impact of Diversity Award' (IOD) in 2023.
Qualifications
My background
I'm a certified diversity trainer and organizational development manager with an academic background in sociology, gender studies, sinology and ethnology.
I am currently conducting research on Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), organizational trust and identity in the workplace.
My expertise furthermore spans stigma, disparities in hiring and promotion practices for marginalized groups (such as the leaky pipeline, glass ceiling, and glass cliff phenomena), as well as intersectional and critical feminist perspectives.
Do you wish for further support in identifying the needs and perspective of your employees? I am here to assist you through qualitative research and derive realistic DEIB KPIs.

I love dance, vibrant colors, walks in nature, sculpturing, painting and performing arts.
Improvisational theater fuels my diversity training journey, emphasizing embracing mistakes with humor ("ScheiterHeiter" principle).
Backpacking (traveling) is another passion of mine, pushing me out of my comfort zone regularly.
I cherish a transcultural partnership that enriches my life daily.
